TTGMS has booked a Field Trip for 2/28/2026, on the Saturday following our upcoming General Meeting. The theme will be Limestone and Copper.  Can you guess where we will be going?

The Kansas State Capitol Building.  We will meet inside the Capitol at 10:00am (when it opens).  This will be a self-guided tour like at the History Museum.  We will have an hour and 15 minutes to look around until our scheduled Dome Tour at 11:15.  If you don’t get around the rest of the building by then, you can resume the self-guided tour after the Dome Tour.  296 steps.  Bring you hiking shoes.
